Academy Award-winning producer Joanna Natasegara makes her feature directorial debut, tracing the decades-long journey of Dutch-Moroccan rapper and producer Cilvaringz, who transformed himself from the group's most devoted fan into the unlikeliest of disciples to his childhood heroes, including The RZA, whose mentorship shapes the odyssey that follows.

Initially I was inspired by a teenhood love of Wu-Tang and a story about the secret album Once Upon a Time in Shaolin too intriguing to miss. In the making I discovered so much more about why Tarik, myself, and so many of us idolise them. They stand for so much that is so needed right now - community, talent, tenacity, innovation and love. I'm so thrilled audiences will get to spend time in this world I've loved so much."

That journey culminates in Once Upon a Time in Shaolin, a 31-track album packaged in an ornate, handcrafted silver box and auctioned to the highest bidder in 2015. Only one copy will ever legally exist. Its scarcity is a form of protest, and an argument that music still holds intrinsic worth as art in a digital age.

The result is one of the most controversial artifacts of our time that sparked ongoing conversations about technology, creation and ownership. It's also a story about how far one outsider went to belong.

Director and Producer Theodore Schaefer's new film THE ARROW AT REST AT EVERY INSTANT OF ITS FLIGHT is a satirical triptych that follows three young women, who all look identical. One girl stages a heist, another discovers her secret lover is also sleeping with her boyfriend, while the third sets out to save a woman from suicide.

Three seemingly disconnected stories unfold across New York City. Gus Birney stars as Violet, a jaded arcade worker, Sinopia, an upper-class professor bored with her marriage, and Jade, an endlessly cool young woman who decides to help a stranger out of her debt. Meanwhile, a woman with a suitcase (Constance Shulman) moves through the city in search of the doppelganger trying to take over her life. Surreal, comedic and reflexive, this film plays out like free jazz, with writer-director Schaefer deftly pulling us through this whirlwind black-and-white flight of fancy.

Director Guido Chiesa’s FOR THE LOVE OF A WOMAN tells the story of Esther, in the 1970s,an American woman mourning her mother, receives a letter that sets her on a journey to uncover a hidden chapter of her family’s history. With the help of Zayde, a university professor with secrets of his own, she begins searching for a woman who lived decades earlier in British Mandate Palestine.
