Confronting Your Past Helps You on the Road to Your Future

Micheal B. Jordan’s directorial debut ‘Creed III” takes you on the emotional journey of Adonis (Michael B, Jordon) and Damian Anderson (Jonatha Majors) as they confront their shared past, while Creed enjoys the fruit of his boxing fame with his wife, Bianca (Tessa Thompson), daughter Amara (Mila Davis-Kent), his mother Mary-Anne (Phylicia Rashad) and a successful boxing gym with Tony 'Little Duke' Burton (Wood Harris), while Dame resentments grows, reaching outrageous proportions.

Refusing to talk about his past traumatic childhood, it reminds us that no matter how much money you make or how many adoring fans you may have, it can not and does not erase the harm, it may cover it up but not go away.

CREED II is a good film. And even though it is a spin-off of the Rocky franchise, the succeeds in making a clean break in telling the story of Adonis

Director Micheal B. Jordan does a great job of explaining the story of Adonis and Dame. Cinematographer Kramer Morgenthau takes you right into the ring.
Writers Keenan Coogler, Zach Baylin and Ryan Coogler created dialogue and experiences that are credible. And with the editing by Keenan Coogler, Zach Baylin and Ryan Coogler enables the directing, camera and writing tell the story as it flows from scene to scene, choppy, flows from scene to scene)
Location: is it well chosen?) Taking place in Creed’s and Dame’s home town of Los Angeles in the Crenshaw and Leimert Park neighborhoods

Joseph Shirley music score and the music of Nipsey Hussle and others lets you know you are in a new era with a new generation that works with the scenes between Adonis and Dame.

With all a person has accomplished, facing the hard truths of ones unpleasant upbring and past relationships enable one to truly take pleasure in what all their hard work has accomplished.
