AMERICANA is an interesting cast of characters who fight over a piece of American Indian history after it ends up on the black market when waitress Penny Jo (Sydney Sweeney partners with a military veteran Lefty Ledbetter (Paul Walter Hauser) who is lonely for love, to find the artifact of it and putting them up against deadly crime boss Dillon MacIntosh (Eric Dane) working on behalf of a Western antiquities dealer (Simon Rex). Bloodshed ensues when others join the battle, including the leader of an indigenous group Ghost Eye (Zahn McClarnon) and a desperate woman fleeing her mysterious past, Mandy Starr (Halsey).
