Diarra is forced to juggle her husband divorcing her, teaching at an inner-city school, chasing love found on the internet. What can possibly go wrong or right?
Adding to all the drama are Diarra’s supporting cast soon to be ex-“Francois” aka “Swa” (Morris Chestnut) best friend “Monifa” aka “Moni” (Claudia Logan ) the bus, “Aja” (Dominque Perr, a friend left-over from her marriage, her work-best friend “Mr. Tea (Bryan Terrell Clark), and “Vonda” (Phylicia Rashad), a mother of a missing child.
"Diarra from Detroit" is an entertaining and thoroughly captivating series with some fabulous fashions that will have you coming back for more, and some more.
